While the folks who fueled the low-watt dance station Beat Radio continue their court case with the FCC, they are taking a break to take over First Avenue for Beatloaf! Featuring DJs Dean Vaccaro (also known as loungemaster King Kini), Drone, E-Tones, Bionic, Jezus Juice and others, the evening should expound on the diversity of the local DJ scene and the viability of Beat Radio's format. 8 p.m. Wed., First Avenue, 701 1st Av.
