• While Children's Broadcasting Corp. sorts out ownership of its radio stations, west suburban WAUR-AM (930) has picked up the dance/club music format of "Beat Radio." Minneapolis producer Alan Freed is leasing 12 hours of evening and overnight each day on 10 of the Children's Broadcasting stations.
